We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager with strong electrical experience in the M&E to support and oversee our building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and driving projects to successful completion within budget and timeline.Reporting to Senior/Project Manager【Responsibilities】- Oversee the full project cycle for assigned works, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance.- Plan, requisition, and manage project resources such as labor, materials, and equipment, while minimizing wastage.- Monitor and evaluate subcontractors' performance; assign and supervise Project Engineers, Supervisors, and Safety Coordinators.- Liaise with clients, consultants, clerks-of-work, and statutory authorities on project progress, approvals, and issue resolution.- Prepare and submit progress claims; ensure positive cash flow and accurate project cost monitoring.- Support Senior Project Manager/Management in handling contracts, variation orders, disputes, and final accounts.- Track project cash flow, manage disbursements within budget, and implement measures to improve project profit margins.- Review and verify subcontractor/vendor invoices; monitor accounts receivable for projects.- Conduct project meetings, ensure proper documentation control, and evaluate suppliers’ performance.- Manage defect liability matters, customer complaints, and warranty claims.- Ensure calibration and updating of project equipment records (IMTE) and maintain NCR/CAR logs.- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new project staff.- Carry out additional duties as assigned by Senior Management.【Working Hours】5.5 daysMonday-Friday: 8.30 am-5.30 pm)Saturday: 8.30 am-12.30 pm)
