They are hiring a Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor to oversee smooth maintenance and ready-to-use inventory in the plant.Reporting to: Maintenance Manager【Responsibilities】- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house and external contractors, ensuring timely and effective execution.- Service used equipment and components to ensure readiness at all times, avoiding downtime due to the unavailability of spare parts.- Analyze and improve the reliability of utilities and facilities equipment to prevent recurrence, collaborating with the production group and contractors; prepare root cause analyses (RCA) and follow up on actions with Senior Engineers.- Prepare and review spare parts lists and equipment data for inventory control; ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively using CMMS.- Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedules for plant equipment; coordinate with contractors to execute preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and periodic inspections of rotating and static equipment.- Manage annual shutdown maintenance activities for facilities, overseeing on-site work, liaising with contractors and the production group, and ensuring safe completion of tasks.- Update long-term maintenance plans for facilities and utility equipment.- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies by reviewing and implementing Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA).- Support the implementation and participate in continuous improvement efforts in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment, and Health - Management Systems (e.g., SS506 Part 3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).- Assist management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate concerns when necessary.- Collaborate effectively within and across departments, demonstrating teamwork and adherence to company Core Values.
