Our client is a Japanese chemical manufacturing company. The Senior Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, quality inspections, and analyses as assigned by the Laboratory Supervisor. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality standards across raw materials, processes, and finished products.【Responsibilities】- Perform quality control analysis for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.- Conduct maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of assigned laboratory instruments and equipment.- Manage chemical and consumable inventories, including the preparation and standardization of reagents and proper waste disposal.- Maintain quality records and assist in the development and documentation of laboratory procedures.- Provide training and guidance to junior laboratory or chemical technicians.- Support and participate in risk assessments, quality audits, and decision-making related to product quality and equipment maintenance.- Assist in procurement activities and budget monitoring for laboratory materials.- Ensure adherence to QA, safety, and environmental protocols within the laboratory.
