They are rapidly expanding with many new opportunities and projects from banking. 【 What you will be doing 】- Provide strategic advice and guidance to ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects within the bank.- Lead and support the development and implementation of project management processes, frameworks, and best practices across multiple business units.- Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring all projects align with business priorities and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).- Coordinate effectively between the Tokyo Head Office and APAC branches, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across regions.- Facilitate coordination between five working groups at the regional level, all located in the client’s Singapore Branch, to ensure smooth project execution.- Proactively manage risks, ensuring that both anticipated and emerging risks are addressed promptly and continuously throughout the project lifecycle.- Provide timely and effective problem-solving support to overcome obstacles and keep projects on track.- Prepare and present detailed project plans, status reports, and risk management documentation to senior leadership and stakeholders.- Maintain thorough documentation of discussions, decisions, and reports, ensuring all project-related information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and reports.- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews to drive alignment, progress, and decision-making.- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.
