• Job Description

  Our client is launching a new retail store and is looking for a Sales Associate to support the store opening and daily retail operations.
  
  This is an exciting opportunity to join the business from the outset, contribute to the successful setup of the store, and be part of a high-performing retail team. The successful candidate will report directly to the GM or COO.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  1) Sales & Planning
  - Develop and implement sales plans to achieve the store’s sales targets.
  - Collect and manage client information to support the acquisition and retention of new and repeat clients.
  - Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support the team’s overall performance.
  
  2) Client Service
  - Deliver exceptional customer service both within and outside the store.
  - Respond to customer needs professionally and promptly.
  - Plan and execute VIP client engagement initiatives to maximise customer satisfaction.
  - Handle after-sales requests and customer complaints appropriately and in accordance with company policies.
  
  3) Back-Office Operations
  - Perform administrative duties, inventory management, and other assigned tasks accurately and promptly.
  
  4) Management
  - Continuously improve personal and store performance and consult with the GM or COO when required.
