顧客とのプロジェクト推進から、システム導入、業務プロセス改善、PMO業務まで、幅広く携わっていただきます。
【 業務内容 】
・プロジェクト全体の進捗管理、リスク・課題の特定および解決に向けた対応、プロジェクトの遂行
・システム導入プロジェクトにおける要件整理、テスト、ユーザートレーニング、導入後のサポートなどのユーザー支援業務
・業務プロセスのリエンジニアリングおよび改善施策の支援、業務効率化の推進
・プロジェクト計画、進捗管理、課題管理、ドキュメンテーション、関係者との調整など、PMO業務支援
・社内外の関係者と密に連携、ビジネス要件との整合性を図ってのプロジェクト推進
Qualifications
Requirement
【 必須条件 】
・四大卒以上
・SAPプロジェクトのコーディネーション、PMO、テスト、またはシステム導入プロジェクトにおける3年以上の経験
・システム統合テスト（SIT）およびユーザー受入テスト（UAT）のリード・調整経験
・SAP S/4 HANA導入プロジェクトに実務として携わったご経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力English Level
