    Our client, a leading Japanese IT consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive digital transformation initiatives, manage client engagements, and deliver end-to-end IT consulting solutions.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Manage overall project progress, identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution to ensure successful project delivery.
    - Support users throughout system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
    - Support business process re-engineering and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
    - Provide PMO support, including project planning, progress tracking, issue management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
    - Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP project coordination, PMO, testing, or system implementation projects.
    - Experience in leading and coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
    - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA project implementations.
    - Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (JLPT N1 level) to effectively communicate and collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.
    - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across business users, functional teams, and vendors.
    - Experience in project governance, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting.
    - Familiarity with cutover planning, data migration, and deployment activities.
    - Strong problem-solving, organisational, and project coordination skills.
