  • Job Description

Our client designs and manufactures high-performance semiconductor integration solutions, focusing on radio frequency (RF), power management, and sensor technologies.

They are seeking a Staff Engineer, Semiconductor Technical Coordinator to serve as a key technical bridge between internal engineering teams and external semiconductor foundry partners. This role coordinates complex technical activities across semiconductor development, process qualification, and production ramp, ensuring projects are delivered to product specifications, timelines, quality, and performance requirements.

This role requires semiconductor process engineering expertise, technical project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management. The candidate will provide technical guidance to internal teams, contribute to project definition and planning, and represent the Technical Coordination team in relevant organizational and cross-functional meetings.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Coordinate technical activities between internal engineering teams and external semiconductor foundry partners to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet product release requirements.
    - Lead alignment and resolution of technical challenges with internal and foundry engineering teams to develop high-performance, stable, and manufacturable semiconductor processes.
    - Support and track process technology qualification activities, ensuring timely completion of qualification milestones, documentation, and first-time-right deliverables.
    - Work with subject matter experts to conduct technical studies and process optimization activities that improve process performance, development efficiency, and production ramp readiness.
    - Collaborate closely with device, process, modeling, reliability, CAD/layout, and foundry engineering teams to define and execute process development plans and Design of Experiments (DOE).
    - Support process qualification and technology transfer activities, including DRC reviews, yield enhancement, process improvement, production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) support where required.
    - Monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve process stability, capability, yield, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
    - Drive continuous improvement of semiconductor process engineering workflows, methodologies, and standard work to improve quality, efficiency, and technical deliverables.
    - Work with process engineering and product/design teams to define and maintain the RF process technology roadmap, taking into consideration internal design requirements, market trends, and customer needs.
    - Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional project planning and decision-making.
    - Represent the Technical Coordination team in relevant technical and organizational meetings, providing project updates, technical recommendations, and risk assessments.
