  Our client is providing products and solutions in Process, Building, and Factory automation.
  
  As the company continues expanding across Southeast Asia and India, they are seeking an experienced Control Engineering Specialist to support regional Building Automation projects and drive engineering excellence.
  
  As a Control Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for the engineering, programming, commissioning, and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial and industrial buildings. You will also play a key role in supporting regional projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring engineering teams across Southeast Asia and India.
  
  This position is ideal for experienced BMS professionals who enjoy working on complex automation systems while contributing to regional technical development.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Design, develop, and implement Building Management System (BMS) control strategies for HVAC systems, including:
  a. Chillers
  b. Air Handling Units (AHU)
  c. Fan Coil Units (FCU)
  d. Cooling Towers
  e. VRF/VRV Systems
  f. Ventilation Systems
  - Perform engineering design, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of BMS, DDC, and PLC control systems.
  - Develop and modify control logic, programming, and graphical user interfaces (GUI) for building automation projects.
  - Configure and integrate communication networks using BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based protocols.
  - Review HVAC mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
  - Design and validate air-side and water-side control sequences to maximize energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and system reliability.
  - Support project teams during installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning activities.
  - Prepare engineering documentation including:
  a. Control narratives
  b. Point lists
  c. I/O schedules
  d. Commissioning reports
  e. Operation & Maintenance manuals
  - Evaluate and implement modern automation technologies and control architectures.
  - Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams.
  - Conduct technical training and workshops on HVAC control systems and BMS solutions.
  - Travel overseas when required to support project execution, commissioning, troubleshooting, and engineering training.
