    Our Client is a Japanese-listed company and the largest producer of seasonings. They are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive/Senior Executive (HORECA). You will be expected to drive sales growth in the Foodservice (HORECA) segment by promoting frozen processed foods and seasonings to end users and distributors. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, active market penetration, and the ability to leverage existing industry networks.

    【Responsibilities】
    1. Sales & Business Development
    - Develop, manage, and grow sales in the FS (HORECA) channel, focusing primarily on frozen processed foods and seasonings.
    - Identify and acquire new customers (hotels, restaurants, catering companies, cafés, institutional kitchens).
    - Utilize existing FS networks to accelerate customer acquisition.
    - Conduct regular sales visits to end users and distributors to drive product adoption and volume growth.
    - Execute effective product presentations, sampling, menu applications, and demonstrations.

    2. Account & Distributor Management
    - Manage assigned distributors to ensure strong market coverage and product availability.
    - Monitor distributor performance: sales volume, stock levels, pricing, and promotional execution.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

    3. Market Intelligence & Reporting
    - Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
    - Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the Assistant Manager.
    - Identify opportunities for new product listings, menu applications, and channel expansion.

    4. Execution & Operational Responsibilities
    - Support trade promotions, marketing initiatives, and product launches within the FS channel.
    - Ensure proper execution of sales plans, pricing strategies, and territory coverage.
    - Handle customer issues, product complaints, and after-sales support promptly.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or similar
    - At least 3 years of proven B2B sales and business development experience within FMCG (frozen foods ideally) and HORECA
    - Strong network with end-users and distributors in FS/HORECA.
    - Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking counterparts
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions for efficient data processing and analysis), Word, and PowerPoint

    (Advantageous)
    - A driving license or personal car is advantageous, and not required
    - Available on short notice or immediately
    - Experience working in a Japanese company would be a huge plus!
