    Our client, a provider of high-quality plastics and synthetic rubber for industries such as automotive and electronics, is seeking an Assistant QC Chemist to join their esteemed organization.

    Reporting To: QC Manager / QC Supervisor

    【Responsibilities】
    - Perform hands-on laboratory analyses to support the setup, calibration, qualification, and maintenance of analytical instruments in the Quality Control (QC) laboratory.
    - Conduct analytical method validation, evaluate test results, and troubleshoot instrument performance and reliability issues.
    - Prepare, review, and maintain quality, safety, and training documentation related to laboratory instruments, ensuring compliance with ISO and IATF requirements.
    - Ensure compliance with laboratory safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
    - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of laboratory activities.
    - Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the QC Manager or QC Supervisor.

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
    - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or Quality Control environment within manufacturing environments (chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, petrochemical, polymer, resin, electronic materials, or advanced materials industry)
    - Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, GPC, FTIR, and Titrators.
    - Familiarity with laboratory software and systems, including OpenLab, LIMS, and Microsoft Office applications.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    - Detail-oriented with good communication, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
    - Adaptable to changing priorities and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
