• Job Description

  Our client is a Japan-based IT consulting firm specializing in system infrastructure and database security. They are currently seeking a Project Management Officer to support project delivery within a banking systems environment.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Communicate with stakeholders at Bank Headquarters in Japan via email and online meetings
  - Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to clarify and address project-related issues and requirements.
  - Support the Project Manager in PMO activities, including preparation of project documentation, coordination of meetings, and facilitation of discussions.
  - Support end-to-end project lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, user acceptance, training, documentation, and implementation, in accordance with established project management methodology.
  - Support the understanding and documentation of business requirements, system architecture, and system design.
  - Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
