    Our client, a notable Japanese MNC that manufactures electronic products, is currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

    Product: Laptop

    【Responsibilities】
    - Provide pre-sales support/consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries in a timely and accurate manner
    - Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, and apply the best solutions to resolve technical issues
    - Providing technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
    - Creating technical documentation and manuals to assist other team members and users
    - Support for new product certifications and renewals
    - Provide support on the company's Warranty Entitlement and Claim system

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, I.T., engineering, or equivalent
    - At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in pre-sales or after-sales support within consumer electronics
    - Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
    - Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues
    - Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking counterparts

    (Advantageous)
    - Able to start on short notice
