  • Job Description

    Our client is a global consumer electronics company, and they are currently looking for a Customer Experience Executive.

    Products: Consumer Electronics (Home Appliances)

    【Responsibilities】
    - Handle customer enquiries through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, Live Chat, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers, ensuring timely and professional responses.
    - Perform spare parts forecasting, purchasing, and usage tracking.
    - Liaison with the Factory to ensure optimal stock availability.
    - Oversee grading operations, including but not limited to parts extraction and regular stocktaking activities.
    - Preparation and processing of invoicing for spare parts sales.
    - Maintenance and updating of the data for CRM system, including but not limited to Serial Number databases, model codes, and system updates during new product launches.
    - Support and coordinate CRM platform enhancements to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
    - Compilation and preparation of Reports to the Management and Business Unit (BU).

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - At least 3 years of stable experience in a Call Centre, Banking, or Customer Service (Call and Correspondence/Hotline) Environment (On-the-job training will be provided to ensure proficiency in role requirements), preferably within Consumer Electronics sector or similar
    - Possess excellent phone etiquette, comprehension, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    - Positive mindset with a "CAN-DO" attitude, and passion to deliver quality customer service.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    - Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin for communicating with customers and scheduling delivery schedules with English and Mandarin-speaking partners
    - Experience in using CRM or a similar system
    - Available within short notice or 1 month notice (maximum)

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience in spare parts inventory
    - Experience working in the consumer electronics industry
