Job Description
Our client, a well-established bakery located in the Orchard area, is seeking an HR & Admin Senior Executive to support HR and administrative operations.
This role reports to the Area Manager and the Head of Overseas Administration (Japan HQ).
【 Responsibilities 】
- Oversee HR functions, including labor management, payroll oversight, employment contracts, and staff attendance.
- Manage labor relations and act as a liaison between local staff and Japanese management.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and maintain a positive working environment.
- Conduct regular visits to the bakery to assess and improve workplace conditions.
- Manage HR operations, including oversight of outsourced payroll functions.
- Liaise with Japan HQ and provide support to colleagues as needed.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirement
【Requirement & Preferences 】
(Must)
- 2–3 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in the F&B industry or a small-sized company.
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) for translation, interpretation, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
