Job Description
Our client is a leading interior and office design company that combines aesthetics with functionality. They deliver high-quality office fit-outs and interior design projects, ensuring each space meets client expectations in terms of design, quality, and timelines. The Site Manager will oversee on-site operations, manage sub-contractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role involves close collaboration with the Account Management Team, internal stakeholders, and clients.
Reports to: Managing Director & Senior Account Manager
【 Responsibilities 】
- Ensure smooth project progress, timely delivery, and completion of office projects by site teams and contractors.
- Monitor project planning, scheduling, and coordination of interior design and fit-out works.
- Liaise with clients to track and control project costs, quality, and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate closely with in-house Designers, QS teams, and manufacturing teams.
- Work with contractors and sub-contractors to follow up on drawings, submissions, completion letters, and delivery processes.
- Manage site operations, coordination, and safety meetings.
- Monitor budgeting and expenditure control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in tendering for new consultancy projects and future business opportunities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
Working Hours:
- Basic hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (flexible depending on project requirements)
- Direct site visits may be required without office reporting
- Night duties on off-days (Sat/Sun/Public Holidays) may be required; off days in lieu will be provided

(Must)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in a construction or interior design environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage site teams and coordinate with suppliers to consistently meet client expectations.
- Experience in office building renovations, with strong understanding of layouts, fit-out processes, and construction practices.
- Strong competency in balancing cost, quality, and time, ensuring projects are delivered within deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of interior architectural details, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proactive in reporting project progress and updates to management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders.

- Exposure to high-end or “fancy dining” projects is highly desirable.English Level
