Job Description
Our Client is an international tyre and wheel supply and service provider. They are looking for an Admin Executive.
【Responsibilities】
- Prepare and Issue customer invoices accurately and promptly.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and in person, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Attend to walk-in-customers and support general front-desk operations.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and related arrangements with the warehouse team.
- Perform daily cash and cheque reconciliation and ensure timely submission to the Finance Department.
- Maintain and organize administrative documentation and filing systems.
- Generate and consolidate operational and administrative reports as required.

(Must)
- Min 1 year of relevant experience handling front-desk roles
- Proficient in MS office applications (Excel and Word)English Level
