• Job Description

  Our client is a Japanese banking company currently seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (Fund Finance) to join their team.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Responsible for supporting RM including deal sourcing, networking with fund managers, negotiation of terms, credit application process as well as documentation process.
  - Responsible for maintaining borrower accounts including KYC and subsequent monitoring works which include closely monitor and keep track of latest development of existing accounts, covenant checks and any other monitoring works, reporting required.
  - Required to execute transactions including documentation.
  - Responsible for supporting RM for marketing, relationship management and business development among new and existing clients for fund finance.
  - Responsible for supporting Credit analyst to perform credit evaluation including rating reviews and asset assessments.
