    Our client is a wholly-owned subsidiary of one of the largest banks in Southeast Asia. They are seeking a Relationship Manager to acquire, manage, and advise client relationships within the marketing function.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
    - Achieve annual revenue targets, net new money goals, and assigned business objectives.
    - Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding and addressing clients’ diverse financial needs.
    - Advise clients on investment products and services to grow assets under management.
    - Contribute to business development and identify potential opportunities for growth.
    - Stay informed on market trends, products, and services; provide input for new product development.
    - Ensure quality assurance and compliance in client servicing tasks.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】
    (Must)
    - Degree holder, preferably in finance, business, or related fields
    - Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial industry
    - Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) – strong listening, writing, and speaking skills
    - Experience managing assets under management (AUM) of at least USD 200 million
    - Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills
    - Entrepreneurial mindset with good business acumen

    (Advantageous)
    - Holder of CACS Papers I and II (Client Adviser Competency Standards) or willing to obtain after joining
    - Experience working in a Japanese financial institution
