    Our Client is a leading curator of luxury interior finishing brands. The company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and strategic partnerships.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Lead the full sales cycle for high-value luxury interior projects, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
    - Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to expand the company's footprint in the luxury interiors market.
    - Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, and high-net-worth clients.
    - Drive business growth through targeted campaigns, strategic partnerships, and active participation in key industry exhibitions and events.
    - Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
    - Represent the company with authority and professionalism at trade shows, networking events, and client presentations.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and an exceptional client experience.
    - Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance to consistently achieve targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Minimum 5 years of business development experience in residential projects from luxury interiors, furnishings, or related industries
    - Comfortable with 100% hunting sales (Pure business developments)
    - Track record of securing high-value contracts and successfully managing key accounts.
    - Proficient in Mandarin and English, both writing and speaking, in order to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

    (Advantageous)
    - Proficient in CRM tools.
