・銀行のIT部門の目標と整合したIT戦略の策定・実行支援
・勘定系を含むシステムの導入を中心とした全工程(フルサイクル)の開発プロジェクトの推進
・業界標準に準拠したITプロセスやガバナンスの定義・導入支援
・IT投資計画の策定やコスト最適化の支援
・IT組織の構造設計・改善による業務効率の向上支援
・IT業務の効率化を目的とした自動化ツールの導入推進
【 マネージャークラスの追加業務 】
・クライアント向け提案書の作成および契約交渉のリードを通じたITコンサルティングビジネスの拡大
・ITコンサルティング領域における営業・ビジネス開発活動の推進
・コンサルティングチームの構築・育成・マネジメント
Qualifications
Requirement
【必須条件】
・四大卒以上
・8年以上の、プロジェクト管理およびIT関連業務に重点を置いたITコンサルティングご経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・銀行向けのプロジェクト経験がある方
・3年以上のチームマネジメント、事業開発または営業を含むリーダーとしてのご経験（マネージャークラスは必須）
