  • Job Description

    Our client is a Japanese manufacturer that specializes in various automatic machinery and automation products. They are looking for an Assistant Logistics Officer.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Pick, pack, loading and unloading activities
    - Plan delivery routes and prepare items for both customer deliveries and collections
    - Carry out deliveries and ensure that the delivery order (DO) is acknowledged (20%)
    - Maintain cleanliness in the work area and operate the delivery vehicle efficiently
    - Ensure the vehicle’s daily operational safety and schedule regular maintenance (20%)
    - Assist the Logistics officer in day-to-day operations and serve as a backup in their absence
    - Handle any additional miscellaneous tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    <Must>
    - Possess Higher Nitec in Logistic
    - At least 2 years of warehouse operations working experience
    - Valid Class 3 license
    - Physically fit to move loads and carton boxes of up to 25 kg (occasionally)
    - Good computer skills to efficiently manage the operation


    <Preferable>
    - Familiar with WMS
