Job Description
Our client is a Japanese Logistics company that focuses on the petrochemical industry. They are looking for a Customer Service (Assistant/Executive) to join their team. You will be responsible for all activities related to import/export support.
【What you will be working on】
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information on shipment status and addressing logistics-related queries.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in collaboration with internal teams, particularly operations and warehouse.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by finding solutions that align with both customer and company needs.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, and coordinate with operations for timely delivery.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, transactions, and documentation, while actively identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to broader logistics enhancement initiatives.

【Must】
- Diploma or Degree holder (preferably in Logistic related field)
- At least 3 years of Customer Service experience in the Logistics/Shipping industry.
- Must have strong knowledge and experience in import and export (Sea Freight Handling)
- Must have Knowledge of shipping-related documents (Custom Permit Declaration)
【Preferable】
- Experience in chemical-related products will be an advantage.
- Experience in Forwarding related industryEnglish Level
