    Our client is a boutique law firm that specializes in Japanese and Singapore counsel. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to support the firm's legal tasks.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Assisting in the creation and review of contracts and other legal documents.
    - Researching laws, precedents, literature, etc.
    - Providing support for commercial registration applications.
    - Assisting in due diligence for M&A transactions.
    - Offering advice in legal consultations and providing legal education.
    - Handling various tasks based on management and client requests.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they are looking for】
    - Bachelor's Degree holder in Law or graduated from a law school
    - Working experience as an in-house attorney is an advantage
    - Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1) listening/speaking/writing is essential for communicating with both internal and external stakeholders who exclusively speak Japanese
    - Comfortable working within a Japanese-speaking environment.
