• Job Description

  Our Client is a reputable Trading Company, currently seeking to fill the role of an Executive to support the Area Operations Department.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Manage the overall ordering system, demand and supply, product and pricing activities
  - Close coordination with the distributor, conduct market and price analysis reference to competitor's activities efficiently.
  - Manage country issues/challenges by maintaining close liaison with distributors and manufacturers
  - Monitor and tracking of shipments and inventory status with distributor, and other ad-hoc duties requested by superior.
  - Work with distributors to discuss retail sales/forecast & production orders.
  - Discuss with suppliers/distributors on half-yearly sales target / revised forecast.
  - Provide distributors with insight into a better model mix in optimizing product line-up.
  - Prepare and present related reports.
  - Analyze client’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  - Handle and improve product management.
  - Liaise and negotiate with counterparts in related countries.
  - Any other duties or jobs assigned from time to time.
