  • Job Description

    Our Client is a Japanese Marketing company specializing in healthcare.
    The role and responsibilities of the Business Executive (FP&A) are to support either the entire company or a specific business unit. You will report to the Japanese FP&A Manager.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    ■ Company-level strategy planning and execution support
    - Support company-level strategy planning, including discussion with senior management and preparing materials for their decision-making
    - Manage and execute budgeting and forecasting at the company level
    - Prepare monthly reporting materials concerning business progress and give sharp implications to management through analysis
    - Improve the operational process to enable the above activities by collaborating with the BPR team under Corporate Planning

    ■Business unit-level strategy planning and execution support
    - Support specific business strategy planning, including discussion with business heads and preparing materials for their decision-making
    - Manage and execute budgeting and forecasting at a business level
    - Prepare monthly reporting materials concerning business progress and give sharp implications to business heads through analysis
    - Design and monitor KPIs which fit the business strategy
    - Improve the operational process to enable the above activities by collaborating with the BPR team under Corporate Planning

    ■M&A Project Management
    - Lead and Manage M&A deals with internal/external cross-functional teams.
    - Execute Valuations with financial modelling.

    ■Others
    - Organize and facilitate Executive Committee meetings and the similar
    - Ad-hoc projects to deal with company-level material matters

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    [Must]
    - More than 5 years experience in Corporate Planning or Finance related field
    - Advanced analysis and data process skills using MS Office Excel (Formula(Vlook UP, Pivot Table etc), Power Pivot)

    [Preferable]
    - Analytical ability and insight enabling to find implications to a business strategy based on financial data
    - Commercial and business acumen and ability to understand multiple business models and their strategies deeply
    - Effective written and oral English communication skills
    - Persistence and a strong sense of responsibility/ownership to complete everything to the end
    - Self-driven and passionate professional
    - Developing and creating a Power BI report
