  Our client is a major player in the home appliance and electronics industry. They are looking for a Senior Specialist to join their AP & Reporting, Finance & Accounting team. The incumbent will handle AP, GL, Finance & Accounting.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  AP Function
  - Posting of Trade and Non-trade invoices after checking and verification, ensuring purchases are recorded timely and accurately into the Accounting System
  - GL JV entries [accrual rebates, A&P (Advertising & Promotion) and admin, freight charge accrual, etc.] and making reversal of accrual when invoices received
  - AP Payment
  - GST, corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.
  
  Depending on availability and performance, additional reporting tasks will be assigned to this position (Month End Reporting tasks mentioned below take 4-5 working days at most)
  - Reporting of monthly financial reports
  - Preparing monthly internal management reports
  - Ad-hoc duties as assigned
