Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong Japanese proficiency and experience in IT system development or implementation within the banking sector. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale banking system projects, collaborating closely with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and a diverse internal team to drive projects from planning through to execution.【Responsibilities】- Lead end-to-end project management, including project planning, timeline and progress tracking, issue and risk management, resource allocation, and governance reporting.- Understand and adhere to the processes involved in banking system development or implementation projects.- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.- Communicate effectively with Japanese clients and internal teams to align project objectives and manage expectations.
