Our client is a Japanese manufacturer and distributor of electronic components. They are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Sales Executive (Indoor & Outdoor Sales) to join their team. The ideal candidate is driven, resourceful, and committed to building long-term client relationships while achieving business growth. This role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams to meet customer needs and company objectives.【Responsibilities】- Achieve the sales targets set by the company.- Service, support, and maintain strong business relationships with existing accounts.- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.- Execute sales strategies to meet the company’s overall objectives.- Liaise and coordinate with internal divisions to address customer requests and support new project implementations.- Prepare and provide quotations based on customer inquiries.- Participate actively in contract discussions and negotiations.- Review terms and conditions between the company and customers prior to implementation.- Provide reporting and resolution of business-related issues.- Prepare regular sales reports and updates, and report directly to the Manager.

They are currently looking for a Sales Executive.【Responsibilities】- Development of new business, design and implement sales planning strategies- Expand the customer base and monitoring sales performance.- To Handle customers’/ distributor inquiries (Phone, Email or Fax) ,- Prepare quotation, processing customer’s sales order and others sales documentation etc- Follow up on pending quotations, negotiate terms, and assist in closing deals- Order monitoring and coordinate with factory for order status- Monitoring/Coordinate on shipment / delivery schedules- Assist in other ad-hoc project and assignments- Customer Visitation (if any)
