Our client, a prestigious Japanese financial institution, is seeking an Associate – M&A Advisory (Vietnamese Speaking) to support cross-border M&A advisory activities across the Asia-Pacific region within its Investment Banking Division.【Responsibilities】- Provide financial advisory (FA) services, including supporting Japanese companies with overseas investments in the ASEAN region.- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full transaction lifecycle and demonstrate strong commitment throughout the process.- Conduct research and prepare presentation materials under the guidance of senior team members.- Support negotiations and coordination among stakeholders involved in M&A transactions, including legal advisors, financial advisors, and target company management.- Provide transaction execution support as directed by senior team members.- Conduct research and extract relevant data for analysis and presentation materials.- Assist in coordinating communication among all parties involved in M&A transactions

Our Client is a Japanese Real Estate Investment firm This role of a Manager (Real Estate Investment Project) is responsible for Research and Project management You will be reporting to the Managing Director 【 What you will be doing 】- Project management (Real Estate Investment Project)- Build and maintain relationships with related parties- Proposal creation- Survey of Asian and Oceanian countries and preparation of reports, etc.- Corporate analysis, financial analysis- Case study research for surrounding projects- Documentation duties including documentation check, Translation of contract, and Legal check- Investment analysis- Preparation of reports- Financing (mainly cooperation with the head office finance department)- Supervision of development projects- Check financial results and reports- Correspondence of new business/cooperation- Managing return on investment including sale- Support to an overseas branch- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by MD
