Our client is one of the largest Japanese contractors. The Senior Engineer – Technical, Construction will be responsible for overseeing structural and interior design (ID) aspects of construction projects, coordinating with subcontractors and design teams, ensuring quality and compliance, and managing site activities. This role reports to the Team Lead or Construction Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities- Liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues- In charge of Structural aspects and ID works of project, with ID works being the main scope - Liaise with relevant parties/departments to carry out site inspections- Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications- Maintain accurate records of work completed.- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

The Assistant Manager (Design) – Mechanical & Electrical is responsible for managing and executing MEP design and supervision activities for building projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with client requirements. This role reports to the Head of Department (HOD).【 Responsibilities 】- Execute design and supervision work for commissioned projects in line with construction quality assurance systems, guiding design staff to produce documents that meet client requirements.- Consolidate project information, report to MEP and Technical & Construction departments, and support problem-solving to achieve project outcomes.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance design technologies and apply them effectively in projects.- Review existing processes to identify solutions for work execution challenges.- Coordinate and engage with stakeholders through continuous dialogue, understanding their positions and perspectives.- Develop execution plans based on HOD policies and strategies, lead their implementation, and contribute to achieving departmental objectives.- Conduct site surveys and consolidate critical information for effective project planning and team communication.- Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for MEP services in line with project specifications.- Generate and maintain BIM documentation, progress reports, lessons learned, and opportunities for continuous improvement.- Participate in defect resolution teams and provide strategic recommendations to close client complaints and quality issues.- Maintain and enhance the MEP Handbook, updating best practices and sharing knowledge within the department.- Keep the technical library current, including codes of practice and regulatory requirements.- Propose innovative technical solutions and value-adding recommendations for clients and consultants.

Our client, a Japanese-listed Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company known for its high-quality standards, is currently seeking a Civil Designer (EPC) to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting civil and structural design activities, including 3D modeling and layout development using SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), to ensure the successful and timely execution of projects.This position reports directly to the Department Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Support the Civil Lead Engineer and Designers in the development of civil and structural layouts, including both conceptual and detailed designs- Prepare standard civil and structural drawings in accordance with client specifications and project requirements- Deliver accurate civil design drawings within scheduled timelines- Develop 3D civil models using SmartPlant 3D (SP3D)- Coordinate closely with internal design and engineering teams to ensure alignment and accuracy- Conduct site visits and provide on-site technical support as required
