工作内容
Our client is involved with maintaining and repairing vertical and horizontal transport. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.【 What you will be doing 】- Provide technical assistance for preventive and corrective maintenance works on equipment - Ensure that proper records of maintenance works are being kept in the section under charge - Assist in the investigation of damage/accident and preparation of necessary report - Liaise and follow up with owners on matters relating to maintenance works - Conduct patrol checks on maintenance works - Coordinate with other departments (including Japan) on matters relating to maintenance works - Prepare, monitor and control work procedure - Prepare and control technical check sheets for maintenance works - Report to superior on matters relating to the section - Keep proper records and filling of works carried out. - Control and study reduction of breakdown ratio - Prepare necessary reports on related maintenance works - Ensure that maintenance work is being carried out - Prepare quotations for parts/renovation works - Issue job instructions for works - Ensure compliance with the Environmental Policy, waste reduction, and pollution prevention.
