Our client is seeking a Finance Manager responsible for supporting financial consolidation, treasury management, tax compliance, and governance activities. The role ensures adherence to local regulatory requirements and Head Office policies. This position will work closely with the Division Finance Manager to support regional finance operations and strengthen financial governance across the Group.Reports To: Division Finance Manager【 Responsibilities 】- Lead the preparation and review of regional consolidated financial statements across subsidiaries.- Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS/GAAP, local statutory requirements across the region, and Head Office reporting policies (aligned with Japan GAAP).- Work closely with stakeholders to enhance liquidity management, centralize cash positions, and improve capital efficiency.- Oversee intercompany funding activities and ensure proper documentation in accordance with tax and transfer pricing regulations.- Monitor key financial performance indicators and escalate issues in a timely manner.- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to streamline finance operations, treasury processes, and reporting workflows.- Support the implementation of best practices across the Group, ensuring the Finance team maintains high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.- Identify tax risks, support the implementation of mitigation measures, and ensure audit readiness and tax optimization.- Ensure alignment of local tax practices with Group policies and global tax strategies.- Support monthly performance reviews and provide financial insights for subsidiaries.
