    Our client is a leading digital entertainment company specialising in trading card games and mobile games across Asia.

    They are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the company's corporate support functions, including finance, human resources, general administration, company secretarial matters, IT coordination, and facilities management.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Coordinate finance and accounting matters with external accounting service providers and the Finance and Accounting team at the company's headquarters.
    - Coordinate HR-related matters with external HR service providers and the HR team at the company's headquarters.
    - Manage general office administration and company secretarial matters, including liaison with auditors, corporate service providers, and relevant authorities.
    - Oversee day-to-day office operations, including IT coordination, facilities management, procurement, and relationships with external vendors and service providers.
    - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
    - Support the implementation and improvement of internal administrative processes, policies, and procedures.
    - Provide administrative and operational support for the establishment and development of the Singapore entity.
    - Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational requirements.

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
    - At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, finance, accounting, HR, general affairs, corporate services, or a related function.
    - At least 2 years of experience managing or supervising a team.
    - Hands-on experience in finance and accounting coordination, including working with external accounting service providers.
    - Proficiency in Japanese at approximately JLPT N2 level or equivalent, as the role requires regular communication and coordination with Japanese-speaking stakeholders at the company's headquarters.

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience supporting the establishment or operations of a newly incorporated company, start-up, or regional office.
    - Knowledge of Singapore corporate administration, accounting, taxation, HR practices, or regulatory requirements.
    - Experience coordinating with overseas headquarters or regional stakeholders.
