  Our Client, a Singapore-based investment management firm specialising in Japanese equity investments, is seeking a Junior Trader / Investment Analyst to join its front-office investment team.
  This position combines trading execution, investment analysis, market research and quantitative problem-solving, providing an opportunity to develop hands-on exposure to Japanese equity markets and investment strategies.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  
  1) Trading & Market Execution
  - Support the execution of investment decisions, primarily across Japanese equity markets.
  - Monitor market movements, liquidity, order flow and prevailing trading conditions.
  - Execute and manage orders in accordance with established investment strategies and instructions.
  - Monitor live positions and provide timely market updates to senior investment professionals.
  - Coordinate with brokers and other market counterparties to support efficient trade execution.
  
  2) Investment Research & Analysis
  - Analyse companies, industries, market data and broader economic developments.
  - Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support investment decisions.
  - Identify market trends, market anomalies and potential investment opportunities.
  - Prepare concise analysis, reports and research findings for the investment team.
  - Continuously develop knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies and Japanese equities.
