  Our client, a renowned Japanese entertainment company specializing in animation, film, and visual content, is seeking a Content Sales & Licensing Executive / Senior Executive to drive the distribution and licensing of film and animation titles across Asian markets.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  
  Content Sales & Licensing
  - Drive sales and licensing of film and animation titles across Asian markets outside Japan, covering theatrical distribution and/or OTT / streaming platforms.
  - Propose available titles to distributors, broadcasters, OTT / streaming platforms, and other content partners.
  - Develop existing partner relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  - Negotiate commercial terms including territory, rights, licensing period, release windows, and fees, and manage the process through to license agreement conclusion.
  - Achieve assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets while coordinating sales activities with team members.
  
  Distribution & Release Management
  - Coordinate title rollouts and release schedules across Asian markets with internal teams, distributors, and platforms.
  - Manage the preparation and delivery of promotional and content materials to ensure smooth and timely releases.
  
  Market & Commercial Analysis
  - Evaluate the market suitability and profitability of new titles and projects.
  - Gather market insights and analyze sales performance, audience trends, competitors, and industry developments, providing feedback to relevant teams.
  
  Industry Events & Administration
  - Participate in industry events and content markets such as FILMART, TIFFCOM, and ATF, as well as internal meetings.
  - Handle related administrative duties, including invoice processing, accounts receivable management, internal circulation, and system data entry.
