  Our client is seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and financial operations of the Singapore entity. This role is expected to independently manage day-to-day accounting functions, support strategic finance activities, and lead one Accounts Executive to ensure smooth and compliance with financial
  operations.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Manage the full monthly closing process and prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring all financial data is properly reviewed and consolidated.
  - Maintain accurate accounting entries, reconciliations, and reporting processes in compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial reporting requirements.
  - Handle GST filings, corporate tax matters, statutory submissions, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations.
  - Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, and regulatory authorities when required.
  - Oversee payroll processing, statutory contributions, and related payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management to support operational and financial efficiency.
  - Support quarterly consolidated reporting, year-end closing activities, audit preparation, and tax filing requirements.
  - Continuously improve accounting workflows, processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  - Support management reporting and financial analysis to facilitate business decision- making.
