日系大手建設会社にて、アジア地域の建設チーム強化のためプロジェクト管理アシスタントを募集しています。ゼネラルマネージャーをサポートし、アジア各国で進行する複数の建設プロジェクトについて品質・工程・コスト・安全・環境対応・契約関連などの情報を取りまとめ・管理いただくポジションです。
【 レポートライン 】ゼネラルマネージャー/セクションマネージャー
【 業務内容 】
・アジア各地の建設現場から品質、工程、コスト、変更契約、各種連絡事項、人員、安全、環境に関する情報・資料を収集・整理・管理
・文書管理システムやMicrosoft Officeを使用し、プロジェクト関連書類を正確に整理・保管
・統合マネジメントシステム(IMS)の運用サポート(文書管理、内部・外部監査対応の調整など)
・安全および環境コンプライアンスに関するデータを各プロジェクトチームと連携して収集し、記録の更新・管理
・プロジェクト会議に参加し、進捗、安全、環境対応などの重要事項を把握しておく
・会議議事録(英語・日本語)を作成し、アクションアイテムや決定事項を関係者へ共有
・会議およびマネジメントレビュー用の資料作成
・プロジェクトの進捗、安全指標、環境対応などに関する月次レポートの作成
・プロジェクトデータの分析補助を行い、改善活動の推進をサポート
・本社、各プロジェクトチーム、社内関係者との連携を通じて、正確かつタイムリーな情報共有を促進
・社内からのプロジェクト関連資料や情報の問い合わせ対応
・Microsoft Excel、Word、PowerPointを用いた資料作成・データ管理(Power BIの知識があれば尚可)
・複数プロジェクトを並行してサポートし、報告期限および文書管理基準を遵守する
资格
任职资格
【 必須条件 】
・四大卒以上
・プロジェクト管理/コントロールにおいて、3年以上の実務経験(品質・安全・環境管理に関する知識・経験を含む)
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・Microsoft Officeの操作に習熟している方(Power BIの知識があれば尚可)
・労働法および企業法務に関する基礎知識を有する方

Centre Operations & Execution - Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre (P1–P6 student care) - Ensure smooth running of daily schedule (arrival, homework, programmes, dismissal) - Maintain high standards in safety, hygiene, and student supervision - Manage administrative processes (attendance, billing coordination, reporting) 2. Team Leadership & Culture Building - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of teachers/mentors - Ensure all staff deliver according to center philosophy (guide, not instruct) - Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching - Maintain a positive, professional, and aligned team culture 3.
