Our client is in the F&B industry and is seeking an IT Support Executive to provide technical support and assist with e-commerce, POS systems, inventory management, and marketing-related activities. This role involves supporting both office and retail operations to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.
【Responsibilities】
IT Support
- Serve as the designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) and support compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Perform routine IT security checks, antivirus monitoring, and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Conduct basic diagnostics and coordinate resolution of system and equipment malfunctions.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on IT security practices and data protection policies.
- Maintain and update PC and network diagrams.
- Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and accessories.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Inventory and POS Systems
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of POS, e-commerce, and inventory systems.
E-Commerce and Membership Support
- Update and maintain products on the company’s e-commerce platform.
- Respond to customer and supplier enquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Coordinate delivery arrangements and liaise with the kitchen regarding orders.
- Assist with packing and order fulfilment when Customer Service staff are unavailable.
Marketing and Promotions
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support sales and profitability.
- Coordinate promotional activities with suppliers and outlet staff.
- Review product displays and promotional materials in outlets and recommend improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify new products and suppliers.
- Prepare point-of-purchase (POP) materials, price cards, and menu updates.
- Support content updates on the company website and social media platforms.
- Explore opportunities for digital marketing and online advertising.
Reporting and Outlet Visits
- Assist in preparing monthly sales reports covering dine-in, retail, delivery, and promotional performance.
-Conduct outlet visits and prepare visit reports with observations and recommendations.

任职资格
【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or a related role in Retail or restaurant
- Experience handling system troubleshooting and coordinating with vendors as a middle person would be preferred
(For example, contacting vendors and supporting communication when issues occur with the POS/order management system)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with outlet managers and internal teams, including the Purchasing team.
- Willing to travel to retail outlets as required.
- Able to support a range of responsibilities and carry out additional duties assigned by the Manager.
(Advantage)
- Familiarity with Microsoft LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred.英文
