【 業務内容 】
・歌・遊びや読み聞かせなど、子どもたちに多様な体験や活動の提供
・安定した生活リズムをつくり、前向きな指導を行い、園児の自尊心を育む
・園のカリキュラムに沿ってレッスンの実施（日本語のレッスンをご担当いただきます）
・園児の学習状況を把握し、成長を見守る
・保護者・スタッフ・園児たちとのチームワーク
・子どもたちが安心して過ごせる安全な環境の整備
・アシスタント教師やクラスヘルパーへの指導・モチベート、マネジメント
・その他関連業務
【 勤務体制 】
・園のシフトスケジュールに従っての勤務となります
・月～金 シフト8:00〜18:00 もしくは7:00〜17:00
（開園時間は7:00〜19:00）

・スタッフ／園児とコミュニケーションをとれるレベルの英語力
・日本語を教えるため、日本語に堪能であること

・チームワークを大切にし、子どもへの教育に情熱・意欲・創造性を持って取り組める方
・高いプロ意識を持ち、自発的に行動できる方
・園イベントなどの際には、週末や祝日に勤務する意欲のある方
