Our client is a leading Japanese IT consulting firm seeking an SAP Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving regional and global SAP S/4HANA migration projects, particularly within the manufacturing sector, and support business process reengineering initiatives.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration process.
- Define data migration requirements, strategies, and scope, including selecting appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Oversee data mapping, cleansing, and transformation activities to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Plan and manage system cutover activities, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including Japan headquarters and overseas offices.
- Prepare clear project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
- Support business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives associated with system implementation and changes.
资格
应征条件
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP system migration projects within the manufacturing industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, particularly with PP, SD, MM, and FI modules
- Proficient in both English and Japanese (JLPT N1) in speaking, listening and writing is essential for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients
- Ability to document migration strategies using PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
(Advantageous)
- Familiarity with mcframe
- Experience with ETL tools such as SAP Data Services or DataSpider
- Knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite英文
