  Our client is a Japanese company specializing in e-waste scrap containing precious metals. They are currently seeking an M&E Engineer (Maintenance & Engineering) to join their team. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing mechanical and electrical systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and safety.
  
  You will report directly to the Managing Director.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Plan and implement maintenance schedules for machinery and facility equipment
  - Perform hands-on maintenance tasks and propose improvement initiatives
  - Train and guide operational staff on proper machinery usage and safety practices
  - Manage and maintain recovery systems installed at client sites
  - Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s building infrastructure
  - Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage optimization, and workflow efficiency
  - Oversee logistics activities such as shipping, receiving, and transportation coordination to ensure timely delivery
  - Ensure warehouse and logistics processes comply with safety, quality, and operational standards
