Our client is a Japanese logistics and engineering company providing comprehensive plant engineering, logistics, and operational support services across various industries. They are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager or Section Manager, depending on the candidate’s experience. In this role, you will support warehouse operations and drive operational efficiency.【 Responsibilities 】Responsible for overseeing one of the company’s key warehouses, including warehouse operations, customer management, manpower management, and process improvement initiatives.Warehouse Assistant Manager- Plan and optimize warehouse space utilization- Support manpower planning and workforce allocation- Drive operational efficiency through process improvement, technology adoption, and innovation- Support P&L responsibility for warehouse operations- Handle day-to-day customer enquiries and coordination- Participate in KPI and performance review meetings with clients- Plan and coordinate training programs for the department- Supervise and manage Customer Service Officers- Conduct onboarding and training for new employees- Take a hands-on approach in daily warehouse operations when required- Perform any other duties as assignedSection Manager- Oversee warehouse space planning and utilization strategies- Lead manpower planning, workforce deployment, and resource optimization- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations through innovation and technology- Support overall P&L performance and operational targets- Manage daily customer communications and operational issues- Attend KPI and performance review meetings with clients- Develop and implement training and development plans for the department- Lead and manage Customer Service Officers and junior managers- Provide coaching, guidance, and operational support to junior managers- Maintain a hands-on approach to warehouse operations when necessary- Perform any other duties as assigned

They are currently seeking a Deputy Department Manager to oversee warehouse operations and lead a large-scale operations team.【 Responsibilities 】- Oversee and manage overall warehouse operations and operational issues- Plan warehouse space utilization and supervise customer cargo scheduling- Develop and manage manpower allocation plans to support operational requirements- Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, technology, and innovation- Manage departmental Profit & Loss (P&L) performance- Respond to customers' operational inquiries and requirements on a daily basis- Attend KPI review meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients- Develop and implement training programs for warehouse personnel- Lead and manage Customer Service Officers and warehouse operation teams- Provide onboarding and training support for new employees- Mentor and support junior managers within the operations department- Maintain a hands-on approach in managing daily warehouse activities- Perform any other duties assigned by management

They are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver to join their team.【Responsibilities】- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods in accordance with operational requirements and KPIs set by management.- Conduct quality and quantity checks on goods before collection and delivery.- Ensure all goods and stocks are properly labelled, organized, and securely arranged within the truck.- Maintain truck cleanliness and conduct regular inspections to ensure roadworthiness.- Coordinate and arrange vehicle inspections, servicing, and maintenance activities.- Ensure warehouse areas and equipment are secure, clean, tidy, and properly maintained.- Support the ESH (Environment, Safety & Health) sub-committee on safety, compliance, and risk-related matters.- Be available for standby duties on weekends and public holidays when required.- Adhere to all company safety policies, operational procedures, and company regulations.- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.Working Hours:- Monday to Friday :7.00am to 3.30pm- Saturday :9.00am to 1.00pm
