  Our client is a Japanese company specializing in e-waste scrap containing precious metals. They are currently seeking an Assistant Manager - M&E (Facility & Warehouse) to join their team. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing mechanical and electrical systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and safety.
  
  You will report directly to the Managing Director.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Oversee all aspects of mechanical and electrical maintenance from a management perspective; ensure maintenance activities are executed according to plan and standards
  - Develop and manage annual maintenance schedules for machinery, facilities, and recovery systems
  - Supervise subcontractors or internal staff; ensure proper repairs are carried out and verify technical work quality (especially electrical systems)
  - Coordinate and communicate effectively with electrical experts and ensure timely and proper maintenance responses
  - Manage the entire warehouse operation, including storage efficiency, inventory control, and workflow improvement
  - Monitor and control logistics activities (shipping, receiving, transportation), ensuring alignment with safety and operational policies
  - Provide leadership and training to team members to ensure compliance with SOPs and safety practices
  - Align with upper management’s direction and implement initiatives accordingly, maintaining a cooperative and constructive attitude
