Our client, a leading Japanese IT consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive digital transformation initiatives, manage client engagements, and deliver end-to-end IT consulting solutions.【 Responsibilities 】- Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities across both HKG and SPR streams.- Lead, monitor, and document activities related to business user tasks, ensuring alignment with project governance standards.- Prepare user task–related documents such as: Migration Plan/Results, UAT Plan/Evaluation, BCP Plan/BCP Drill Plan, Other planning or evaluation documents- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, progress dashboards, and status reports.- Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables; identify delays or risks and escalate when necessary.- Consolidate weekly/monthly project updates for internal stakeholders and client management.- Ensure adherence to client’s project management framework, compliance requirements, and documentation templates.- Update business procedures to reflect new Duco functions and operational changes.- Assist in change request management, risk & issue tracking, and lessons‑learned documentation.- Coordinate communications and strengthen collaboration between business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders.- Maintain professional consulting standards, confidentiality, and strong stakeholder relationships

Our client, a leading Japanese IT consulting firm, is seeking a Business Analyst / PMO (Transaction Banking) to support digital transformation and system implementation projects within the banking industry.This role focuses on Cash Management and Trade Finance projects, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.【 Responsibilities 】- Drive Business Analyst activities for Transaction Banking projects, including Cash Management and Trade Finance.- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.- Support PMO activities, including project planning, timeline management, and project governance.- Prepare technical and functional specifications, requirement traceability matrices, and test documentation.- Support banking system implementation and business transformation initiatives.- Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution.- Develop operational procedures and user documentation for new systems and processes.- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical business solutions.

This opportunity is well-suited to recent graduates and postgraduates seeking to develop practical expertise and establish a long-term career in ESG and sustainability advisory.【 Responsibilities 】- Support the delivery of sustainability advisory projects, including ESG reporting, climate and carbon management, sustainability ratings, and assurance engagements- Assist in coordinating projects for clients based in Japan- Conduct research on evolving sustainability standards, regulatory developments, and industry best practices- Gather, review, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data for client reporting and assessment purposes- Prepare draft sections of ESG reports, presentation materials, and other client-facing documents- Contribute to project administration, including quality control processes and timeline tracking- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple assignments and international locations
