Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. The Sales Support Specialist (Semiconductor) is a customer-facing role that works closely with our Asia Sales organization to manage and support secured business opportunities. This position takes ownership of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process, ensuring smooth order management while maintaining the company's financial integrity and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure operational excellence throughout the order lifecycle.Reporting to the Manager【Responsibilities】- Support the Sales organisation in preparing Formal Quotation & Order Acceptance, ensuring the deal negotiation is compliant with Advantest’s company policies, guidelines, and audit controls. - Provide consultation to the Sales organisation on deal structure, purchase contract terms review, and timely escalation of issues with the respective business partners for resolution. - Manage customers’orders throughout their life cycle from Quote, Build, Ship to Invoice stages. - Contribute to the organisation’s revenue goals through disciplined monitoring of shipment backlog and identifying potential order and revenue risk for managers’ review and/or escalation. - Support the Revenue and AR management (Letter of Credit operations) based on IFRS15 revenue recognition guidelines and regulations.- Support ad-hoc deployment during high workload situations or project assignments for business process & policies improvements.
