    Our client is a Japan-based consulting firm specialising in business strategy, digital transformation (DX), and business transformation.

    The company is expanding its Singapore operations to strengthen its presence across Southeast Asia, serving Japanese multinational corporations, local enterprises, and international clients.

    As part of its regional expansion, the company is seeking experienced consulting professionals at the Senior Manager or Associate Partner level to lead consulting engagements, develop client relationships, and drive new business opportunities.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Drive business development initiatives and identify new consulting opportunities across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
    - Leverage established professional networks to acquire new clients and secure consulting engagements.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
    - Lead consulting engagements covering business strategy, digital transformation, IT transformation, and operational improvement.
    - Develop strategic proposals and recommend solutions that address clients' business challenges.
    - Oversee project delivery, budgets, profitability, timelines, and client satisfaction.
    - Collaborate with the Head Office in Japan on cross-border consulting projects.
    - Lead, mentor, and develop consulting teams while contributing to the growth of the Singapore office.

  • 応募条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
    - At least 10 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, IT consulting, or digital transformation consulting.
    - Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above, to communicate effectively with Japanese clients and the Head Office in Japan.
    - Demonstrated business development capabilities, including the ability to leverage established client networks to generate business opportunities in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
    - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and deliver high-quality consulting solutions.

    (Advantageous)
    - Consulting experience in manufacturing, high-tech, telecommunications, or financial services.
    - Experience managing cross-border projects involving Japan.
