  Our client is a Japanese architecture and consulting company seeking a BIM & Computational Design (Architectural Designer) to support architectural design, BIM coordination, and digital project delivery.
  
  The team aims to integrate BIM, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies into project delivery from the outset, progressing from traditional delivery to AI-assisted and ultimately AI-native delivery. Architecture is the foundation, digital capability is the enabler, and business value is the outcome.
  
  This role is suited to professionals with backgrounds in architectural design, BIM coordination, or BIM technology who wish to remain actively involved in architectural project delivery.
  
  With architecture as your foundation and BIM and computational delivery as your areas of specialisation, you will manage assigned architectural work packages while improving the efficiency, coordination, and reliability of project information.
  
  You should be comfortable resolving architectural plans and details, coordinating multidisciplinary models, improving Revit project environments, and identifying opportunities to automate repetitive project tasks.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Contribute to architectural concept design, design development, multidisciplinary coordination, tender documentation, and construction-stage delivery.
  - Manage assigned architectural work packages under the guidance of the Project Architect or Digital Delivery Lead.
  - Develop coordinated architectural BIM models and produce plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and construction documentation.
  - Establish and maintain Revit project environments, templates, families, shared parameters, and BIM standards.
  - Support the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), information requirements, and model coordination protocols.
  - Federate architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) models, identify coordination issues, and work with consultants to resolve them.
  - Conduct model health checks, clash detection, model audits, and digital quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
  - Develop automated model-checking, reporting, and production workflows using Dynamo, Python, Grasshopper, or other suitable tools.
  - Support tender queries, requests for information (RFIs), shop drawing reviews, site coordination, and project updates in accordance with assigned responsibilities and experience.
  - Provide BIM and computational design support across multiple projects while maintaining hands-on involvement in architectural project delivery.
  - Train and mentor team members in Singapore and across international network, translating successful workflows into reusable standards, templates, and playbooks.
