    Our client is a Japanese-listed consulting firm that supports a well-established financial institution with a strong presence in the region. The firm provides consulting services across business transformation, operational improvement, and technology implementation.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Communicate with project teams, including PM/PMO members, branch users, and external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
    - Analyze existing (As-Is) workflows in the Loan & Trade area and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
    - Design and propose future-state (To-Be) workflows, including the use of automation tools where appropriate.
    - Liaise with automation tool enhancement teams to support solution realization, testing, and migration.
    - Support the bank’s Business Analyst team in an end-to-end operational workflow improvement project, with responsibility for the Loan & Trade area.

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
    - Possess at least 3 years of experience in Loan or Trade operations within the banking industry.
    - Possess at least 3 years of experience in operational workflow improvement or related projects within the banking industry.
    - Demonstrate strong knowledge and analytical skills in Loan or Trade operations.
    - Possess good documentation skills, including the ability to prepare workflow and process documentation.
    - Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with business users, IT teams, external vendors, and HQ teams.
