  Our client specializes in electronic procurement and assembly, as well as the import, wholesale, and retail of Japanese F&B and branded products.
  As an F&B Service Staff (Crepes & Umacha), you will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain smooth business operations.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless workflow and optimal store efficiency.
  - Provide exceptional customer service, managing inquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons.
  - Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and supply tracking for both Crepe and Umacha sections.
  - Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and operational protocols at all times.
  - Handle cash management and point-of-sale (POS) transactions with high accuracy.
  - Assist the Assistant Manager in implementing store marketing promotions and visual merchandising improvements.
  - Report operational updates and staff feedback to management regularly.
  
  【Working Hours:】
  Work a flexible schedule of 44 hours per week (roster-based, there are 2 shifts available per day), including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  - Operation Timing: (Sun-Thu) 9:45am - 9:15pm / (Fri-Sat) 10:45am -10:15pm
  - Full Time: 6 days per work week (To be scheduled).
